PBS Fitness Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account and member details: your name, email address, phone number, gender, age and password (stored only in encrypted form).
- Membership and payment records: the branch and plan you bought, amount, dates, invoice number, and the Razorpay order and payment IDs.
- Technical data: your login session is kept in your browser so you stay signed in.
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. These are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout.
2. How we use it
- To create and manage your account and membership.
- To process payments and issue invoices.
- To contact you about your membership, such as renewals, changes and support.
- To keep our records, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: Razorpay (to process your payment), our hosting and technology providers (to run this website), and authorities when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed for invoicing, accounting and legal purposes.
5. Security
Passwords are stored in hashed form, the website is served over HTTPS, and payments are verified with Razorpay's signature check. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept by law.
7. Children
Memberships for people under 18 must be bought by a parent or guardian, who provides the information on the child's behalf.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
