Welcome to PBS Fitness Studio. By creating an account or buying a membership on this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a membership. If you are between 12 and 17, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and consent to your participation.

2. Memberships and fees

• Plans, durations and prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of purchase. Any discount or offer is applied automatically at checkout.
• Prices, plans and offers may change at any time. A change does not affect memberships already purchased.
• A membership gives access to the branch and plan you selected, for the duration shown on your invoice.
• If you buy again at the same branch while a membership is active, the new plan starts after the current one ends.
• Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A membership is activated only after Razorpay confirms your payment. An invoice is available to download from your account.

4. Health and safety

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You confirm that you are fit to take part in fitness activities and will tell us about any medical condition that may affect you. We recommend consulting a doctor before you start. You use the facilities and take part in classes at your own risk, and you must follow trainers' instructions and the safety rules of the studio.

5. Conduct

You agree to treat staff and other members with respect, use equipment properly, and follow studio rules. We may suspend or end a membership without refund if a member behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or unlawful.

6. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the information you give us being accurate. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

7. Branch timings and availability

Timings, trainers, classes and equipment may change, and a branch may close for holidays or maintenance. We will try to give notice where we can.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, PBS Fitness Studio is not liable for injury, loss or damage to you or your belongings arising from the use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence or where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
